Overview
Developed a web-based feasibility analysis tool for a real estate developer that automates project viability checks. Work that previously needed weeks of consultant effort is now completed in hours with a consistent, structured methodology.
Problem Statement
The client evaluated 20-30 sites per quarter, each requiring manual research into zoning, comparables, cost estimates, and financial projections. The process was slow, expensive, and inconsistent, with no standardized way to compare sites.
Solution
Built a feasibility engine that ingests site inputs, pulls zoning and market data, runs ROI/IRR/NPV calculations automatically, and generates a standardized report with risk scoring and clear go/no-go recommendation.
